At last, the world has opened up! Our Bailliage celebrated with a spectacular Induction Gala staged in the Diamond Ballroom of the Ritz Carlton Hotel.

We were honoured to have Allen Wong, Member of the Conseils d’Administration and Magistral travel from his home city of Shanghai, China, to be our Inducting Officer. Naturally, the Induction Ceremony was conducted to highest standards and traditions of Chaîne.

The reception followed. A special signature cocktail featured with stands showcasing an array of appetisers from around the world as well as one dedicated to Ramesses Caviar. After cocktails, guests proceeded to the main ballroom. Bailliage Officers and VIPs followed with pomp and ceremony.

Opening dinner festivities, The Honourable Christile Drulhe , Consul General Of France, gave a brief introduction of French gastronomy.

The Gala Dinner was a gastronomic symphony especially composed by Maestro Executive Chef Daniel Guevara Quintero accompanied by his culinary orchestra and acclaimed mixologists.

Guests delighted in the extraordinary unique melange of ingredients and tastes, prepared exclusively for us. Our palates savoured the experience as seven Chefs of the world each created an epicurean signature dish from their country.

As an interlude to our dinner symphony, guests were entertained with an opera performance by famed professional Elia Astorino.

To commemorate the dinner, each guest received a Chaîne apron. Many had these signed by the participating chefs.

After dinner, guests ascended to The Ozone Bar on the 118th floor enjoying drinks, cigars and the spectacular panoramic views of Hong Kong.

Tastes of the night combined with the success of a magnificent performance by all involved shall long be cherished and remembered.
