The Chaîne in Dubai celebrated World Chaîne Day with a spectacular cocktail event at Zeta Seventy-Seven. What a celebration it was! The evening was filled with good wine, Prosecco, and excellent canapés. All enjoyed amidst the beautiful ambiance and exceptional views of the new moon on a Saturday night.

The event was a fitting celebration of World Chaîne Day. It was wonderful to see professional members of the Chaîne in the UAE reconnecting with some of their ex-staff members who now work at Zeta Seventy Seven.

Guru Naik, Manager of Zeta Seventy Seven, and Govindarao Buragana were the perfect hosts for the event. They ensured all guests were warmly welcomed and well-served. The staff were equally special, always cheerful and efficient, expertly navigating the bustling crowd of guests.

Delicious canapés prepared by Executive Chef Wladimiro Gadioli and his kitchen team were the evening’s highlight. Imaginative and tasty, there were delights to suit everyone’s taste. From perfectly cooked beef skewers to delicious vegetarian options, the food was simply outstanding.

The celebrations also included a stunning fireworks display, courtesy of Dubai, adding a magical touch to an unforgettable evening.

Overall, this World Chaîne Day cocktail event was a night to remember, filled with great company, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings. An excellent opportunity for UAE members to come together and celebrate their love for fine dining and hospitality.
