For World Chaîne Day (WCD) 2023, a delegation from our Bailliage including Bailli Giorgio Palma, Vice-Chargé de Missions Marzio Carabelli with Margherita and Vice-Chargée de Presse Isabella Varese, went to Cuneo, a city where the “Sabauda” tradition is still alive, especially in the recipes.

The decision to spend the World Chaîne Day at the “I 5 Sensi” Restaurant is because the value of the heart is strong there.

The Franco Carlevero family own the restaurant in the centre of Cuneo. They amazed us with exquisite dishes accompanied by a particular care in delighting all five senses with lots of spontaneity and elegance. Above all with the heart.

The heart is life and love and who can better represent it than a Mother? In this place the mother, Patrizia, has involved all four of her children in this adventure: Andrea (Sommelier), Grace (front of house service) and in the kitchen Chefs: Diego and Stefano.

At “I5 SENSI” you feel at home. Bailli Giorgio Palma was pleased to announce that at Italy’s next Grand Chapitre to be held in Venice in November 2023, the restaurant will become part of the Chaîne family.

In greeting our future confrères it was spontaneous to do it with the heart. A gesture immortalized not only in a photo (Ed. see gallery) but also in the memory of the wonderful day dedicated to the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
