Our last event before summer break was a journey into French gastronomy. An extraordinary unique “happening” crafted and inspired together with Chaîne confrère General Manager Guillaume Gallas.
Celebrating “French May” in Hong Kong, members and guests indulged in an especially created menu featuring the culinary talents and skills of “Chef Steph” with matching French wines. A native of France, Chef Stephane Guillas has extensive experience with top Michelin star restaurants including the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris. Also, he was Chef de Cuisine on the legendary Orient Express amongst other notable epicurean worldly destinations.
Chaîne spirit and camaraderie was at its best as members and guests mingled upon arrival enjoying canapés and French oysters complemented with Champagne and “Spritz Lillet” cocktail. Dinner followed filled with highlights!

The Silveri Elixir
Après-dinner socialising continued on the outside lawn terrace with cigars and a specially created cocktail “The Silveri Elixir” from their prize winning mixologist, featuring Chartreuse.
A truly “Chaînetastic” time was had by all revelling well into the wee morning hours.
