Fostering connections and friendships among attendees
" The wine selection for the evening was a highlight "
The Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs (OMGD) group in Vietnam hosted an unforgettable evening of food, wine, and friendship on May 19th at Casa España in Hanoi. This exclusive event celebrated the enjoyment, appreciation, and knowledge of fine beverages.
The wine selection for the evening was a highlight, as it was provided by Monte Carlo Wine Merchants, a new venture by recently inducted Chevalier Floris Panico. This collaboration brought a unique touch to the event, showcasing exceptional wines carefully curated by an esteemed member of the Chaîne.
The evening unfolded with a delightful hors d'oeuvres plate accompanied by Sensi Prosecco 18k White and Rosé sparkling wines. Guests had the opportunity to savour a range of exquisite dishes, including tartare du jour, delicate tuna belly, roasted lamb tenderloin, slow-cooked goat in a fragrant coconut curry, and a delectable mango panna cotta.
The event fostered connections and friendships among attendees, who shared a deep passion for culinary excellence and fine beverages. It was a sophisticated gathering, providing an intimate setting for guests to mingle with long-term Chaîne members visiting from Thailand and other distinguished individuals within the community.
