We are pleased to share details of our inaugural National Final of the Jeunes Sommelier Competition.

A special thank you goes to our two members who supported the competition:
- Donald Lim, owner of EQ, who sponsored both venue and refreshments for judges and participants.
- Dato Gwee, owner of MuiHua, who sponsored all the wines for the competition.

The Sommelier Association of Malaysia rendered their assistance to organise this first National Final. They provided the resources to assist with the set up and they promoted the competition to the food and beverage industry. The competition was interesting and carried out very professionally befitting world class standards.

Vice-Échanson Olivier Di Tullio presented the Winner's medal to Chin Voon Ping of Hide.

Tiffany Gwee, Commercial Director of MuiHua, the wine sponsor of the National Final, presented the Runner-up medal to Ezra Tan of Lavo Gallery.

Ronald Binati, President of the Sommelier Association Malaysia, presented the Third Place medal to Teoh Fu Xiang from Akãr Dining.

We were very pleased with our inaugural National Final of the Jeunes Sommelier Competition.
