On June 27th and 29th, the School of Gastronomy was present at one of the biggest events in the city of Évora, the São João Fair.
The students had the opportunity to put into practice some of their learning, with the preparation and presentation of starters and cocktails.
Thus, the School was brought closer to its surrounding community and doors were opened to the interest of potential new students.
