Our “Autumn Flavours” dinner was held at Ristorante Da Marco, set on the north shore of Chak Nok lake in East Pattaya. This is a well-known institution amongst the locals offering a fine dining experience of classic Swiss/Italian hospitality.
You feel as if you are in the Chef’s home. Fabulous food, attentive service at reasonable prices, finest of ingredients passionately selected and prepared by Chef Patron Marco in his open kitchen are key features. An educational, entertaining experience indeed.
Served by the swimming pool we enjoyed Glühwein with canapes including a live roast chestnut station, chanterelle bruschetta, foie gras brioche and cheese doughnuts. A delicious start to the evening.
Members and guests were introduced followed by details of the menu and wines for the evening. Great expectations were set!
