Outgoing Bailli Délégué Mohit Advani wrote that Chef Eshton Muthai and his team prepared a fantastic meal. Of particular note: an amazing soup, a hearty dish of “tooke” (green banana), Camembert, onion and leek, and the main course of ‘Molo lamb délice’ - a succulent short rib loin steak with charred thyme and sea salt, cooked to perfection with allspice crust, creamed potato fries, braised morels and Macallan mint jus.
