The menu for the Gala Dinner for World Chaîne Day on Friday 19 April is already making our mouths water!

Programme for the evening
7pm: A recital by the Région Sud Choir “Gabriel Fauré and friends” … Conductor: Michel Piquemal, Soprano solo: Vanessa Fouillet, Piano: Philippe Reymond

8pm: Gala Dinner, inspired by some of Claude Monet’s favourite recipes. The menu has been specially designed by Virginie Basselot, Meilleure Ouvrière de France and Executive Chef at the Negresco hotel.

Guided tour
Don’t forget that those attending the evening dinner and concert can also enjoy a guided tour of Nice’s Musée des Beaux-Arts in the afternoon, as well as a wine workshop in the venue’s stunning rooms.
