Our next Grand Chapitre is going to be held in “wine country”!

With its circa 150 wineries, the Valle de Guadalupe (Guadalupe Valley) in Baja California produces an estimated 70 percent of Mexican wine. Furthermore, in recent years, it has become a popular tourist destination for wine and “Baja Med” cuisine. The valley has a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and dry warm summers with the temperature moderated by ocean breezes.

Where better to enjoy the pleasures of the table and experience the wonderful camaraderie that is the hallmark of the Chaîne, especially at a Grand Chapitre.

On Thursday, October 24, we will welcome everyone in Tijuana, popular as a tourist destination and one of the fastest-growing cities in Mexico. There will then be three more days of events in the Valle de Guadalupe including the Gala Induction Evening.
