Tour of the Slowacki Theatre from behind the curtain
Visit to the Czartoryski Museum
Walk in the illuminated Market Square and Holy-Mary Basilica
Dinner at Szara Gęś, paired with wines from Poland & Hungary

Visit to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka
Sightseeing in Kazimierz, the Jewish Quarter
Lunch at Kaplony i Szczeżuje with Israeli wines
Presentation on the history of Jews in Krakow
Gala Dinner at Sieraków Manor
Sieraków Manor Hotel stands on a foothill, 20 km south of Kraków. The Manor, built in 1847, is surrounded by a park. Its cachet is its 30 cosy English-style hotel-rooms, a restaurant distinguished by Slow Food and Gault & Millau, the largest wine collection in the region (over 400 labels) and friendly staff. Sieraków Manor is close to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and the Royal Golf & Country Club.
