At the Bailliage of Nairobi Gala Dinner held at the Kempinski Nairobi on December 7th, five “Baillis” were photographed together.

From left to right:

Victor Gitobu - Bailli Honoraire of Nairobi
Having joined the Chaîne as a Chevalier in 2017, a year later Victor was promoted to Vice-Chancelier. In 2019 he took over as Bailli of Nairobi, stepping down three years later.

Mahul Shah - Bailli of Nairobi
Mahul joined the Chaîne in 2017 as a Chevalier. In early 2024 he was promoted to be Vice-Chancelier in the Bailliage of Nairobi and a few months later was appointed Bailli.

Nicole Weyn - Bailli of Mombasa
A Chaîne member since 2017, Nicole was promoted from Dame de la Chaîne to be Bailli of Mombasa in 2024.

Ashe Ahluwalia - Bailli Honoraire of Nairobi
Joining the Chaîne as a Chevalier in 2018, Ashe was soon elevated to be Vice-Échanson of Nairobi before taking over the reins of the Bailliage in 2022 and becoming Honoraire in 2024.

Mohit Advani - Bailli Délégué Honoraire of Uganda
Mohit was a founder member of the National Council of the Bailliage of Uganda on which he served as Chargé de Presse. In 2020, having taken on the role of Bailli Délégué, he oversaw the successful relaunch of the Chaîne in the country, a position he relinquished in 2024 following a move to live in Kenya. Mohit is Managing Director at Global Interlink Travel Services which arranges safari travel for groups large and small.
