Held at the Radisson Blu Grand Hotel Tammer
" Members and their guests came from all parts of Finland "
On Saturday, February 1st, the Bailliage of Tampere celebrated its local Chapitre at the historic Radisson Blu Grand Hotel Tammer.
To start off the winter evening, an Induction Ceremony for 35 new members was overseen by Bailli Délégué Johanna Hornborg who is a Member of the Conseil Magistral. The inductions were performed by Conseiller Gastronomique Tomi Lantto who also is a Member of the Conseil Magistral.
Once the ceremonials were completed celebratory champagne was served to 120 guests as they gathered in the hotel’s banqueting hall.
Maître Rôtisseur Tuukka Kulmala, with his assistants and restaurant staff, served us a delicious traditional gourmet dinner with matching wines. All the staff members were very friendly, organised and professional throughout the evening.
Members and their guests came from all parts of Finland. It was a delight to meet up with old friends and make new ones in a festive yet relaxed setting. Although long it was a most happy and convivial evening for everyone.
