Dear Members and Friends of the Chaîne in Hong Kong,

I am writing to express my profound gratitude and share the wonderful success of our recent fundraising efforts for the “Association Caritative de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs” (ACCR).

As you may know, the ACCR is the official charitable entity of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. Its name, meaning “charity”, reflects its core mission: to provide help and assistance through project initiatives and aid programmes worldwide. Through the ACCR, our organisation takes an active and positive role in the world of food, extending our passion beyond restaurants and hotels to the vital realm of “Caring and Sharing”.

It fills me with immense pride to announce that, thanks to your incredible generosity, our Bailliage successfully raised HK$200,000 (approximately €22,200) for the ACCR foundation. This remarkable achievement was made possible by the exciting and joyful auction held during our Gala Dinner on 7th March at the Regent.

On behalf of the Bailliage of Hong Kong and the ACCR, I would like to extend my most sincere thanks to two groups of people. Firstly, our Hong Kong Chaîne members who so generously donated the wonderful auction items. Secondly, the winning bidders whose spirited participation and kindness made the evening such a resounding success.

This fundraiser was a powerful demonstration of our community’s commitment to sharing and caring for those in need. I sincerely hope that Bailliages around the globe will continue to bond together to support the vital work of the ACCR.
