Three local Bailliages celebrate at Gasthof Löwen

On the occasion of the World Chaîne Day 2026, the Bailliages of Zurich-Campagne, St-Gall and Suisse Intérieure gathered for an elegant lunch at the historic “Gasthof zum Löwen” in Bubikon.
The event was hosted by Michelin-starred chef Domenico Miggiano, who, together with his wife, the accomplished sommelier Rita Miggiano, embodied – through their unmistakable signature – the highest standards of quality, refined cuisine and genuine, heartfelt hospitality.
A total of 46 members and guests accepted the invitation to this special occasion and enjoyed a convivial gathering marked by warmth and mutual appreciation. From the very moment of arrival, one could sense what defines the Confrérie: a spirit of true friendship, open exchange and a shared passion for fine dining and the art of the table. Engaging conversations and a palpable sense of anticipation set the tone for an afternoon devoted entirely to friendship and the pleasures of gastronomy.
The menu, conceived and prepared with the utmost care and dedication, bore witness to both technical precision and creative finesse. Seasonal ingredients, harmoniously composed flavours and a clear culinary vision reflected not only the philosophy of the house but also the enduring values of the Chaîne. Each course was complemented by a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, enhancing the experience and lending it further depth and distinction.
The great appreciation for the achievements of the kitchen brigade and the entire team was expressed not only through enthusiastic conversation but also through sustained applause - an authentic tribute to their commitment, skill and passion.
