Ed. Kuching, officially the City of Kuching, is the capital and the most populous city in the state of Sarawak in Malaysia. The city is on the Sarawak River at the southwestern tip of Sarawak on the island of Borneo. Kuching is the main gateway for travellers visiting Sarawak and Borneo. It is also a major food destination and is a member of UNESCO’s Creative Cities Network under the field of gastronomy. It’s the perfect location therefore to have a Bailliage of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs!
