On September 19th, we are hosting a day to benefit our National Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition which includes a lunch in collaboration with the Stockholm Polo Club and a Gala Dinner with the Stockholm Sheraton Hotel. All proceeds will be donated to support the competition.

We hope you will join us in supporting our National Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition by attending and enjoying the two unique events with us. The International Competition turns 50 next year! We want to kick off the celebrations early by strengthening the competition for the future.

First, lunch at the Stockholm Polo Club, followed by a Gala Dinner at the Stockholm Sheraton! Two events, one goal! Building the future of Swedish gastronomy!

Polo, hats, and champagne!
A day at the polo field featuring socializing, champagne, and an Argentinian-inspired
lunch specially curated by Cajsa Johansson (Cajsas Kök). Watching the polo tournament matches plus Argentinian wines, a hat parade and of course, the traditional stomping of the divots!

Venue: Stockholm Polo Club at Järfälla
Time: From 10am (please note that lunch begins at 12.30pm)
Attire: Country chic; a hat for our hat parade is encouraged, as well as footwear suitable for walking on grass.

Time to dress to the nines!
At 6.30pm, we continue with a Gala Dinner event at the Sheraton Hotel in Stockholm at which you can enjoy pre-dinner drinks with canapés and a four-course dinner with wine pairings. All crafted by an excellent team featuring past winners of Sweden’s National Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition and Pontus Wellén, Sheraton Head Chef and Chaîne member.

Anticipation is high with promises to be a complete Gala Dinner experience. We invite you all to come join us in contributing to this worthwhile cause.
