The Gala Dinner will take place at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, where our fellow Chaîne member Maître Hôtelier Alexis Fache is Executive Assistant Manager (Food and Beverage).

It promises to be a very special evening with Belgian gastronomy, international Chaîne friends and plenty of opportunities to connect.

So, if you are in Hong Kong, Macau or elsewhere in Asia - or if you feel like flying in for the Belgian Week - keep November 19th free for this special Chaîne event.

The ‘Belgian Days’ 2026 from November 13th to 22nd - ten days of sharing, discovery and celebration - are an occasion to celebrate the friendship and collaboration between Eastern and Western cultures that meet in Hong Kong and Macao. The initiative is coordinated by the Consulate General of Belgium in Hong Kong and Macau with the aim of showcasing the richness of Belgian creativity, strengthening existing ties and forging new ones.
