Two Lebanese Chefs celebrate high class Lebanese food
Officier Maître Rôtisseur Linus Knobel, CEO of Bangkok Airways Catering Company, hosted in their kitchen at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport a large group of members from the country’s capital city as well as from the Bailliage of Eastern Seaboard in Pattaya.
Three months in its planning, Maître Rôtisseur Mohammad Farran, his brother Hassan and our Conseiller Culinaire Alessandro Haab unveiled a traditional Lebanese menu with creative twists resulting in a seven course extravaganza with Ksara estate wines flown in.
The Farran brothers were born into family of chefs. Since then they have pursued similar yet different culinary careers. Both high achievers with a passion for food and all things culinary they have worked in high end restaurants and hotels both in Beirut and Dubai. Developing a unique style and flair their latest achievements are: Mohammad appointed Production Manager for Bangkok Air Catering; Hassan joined BAC Gourmet House.

Members and guests were also treated to sights and sound of two professional belly dancers. In the midst of this performance Dame de la Chaîne Suzanne Huddle could not resist showing her dance moves for all guests.
I would like to thank Khun Linus, Chef Alessandro and Chef Mohammad for bringing us this first class experience. A unique dining experience, it will certainly be one of the most memorable for our members in 2016.
