Back to the 1920s at the St Regis
" a seven-course menu paired with superb national and international wines "
This gala event at the luxury St Regis Hotel began with a very chic champagne cocktail served with a sashimi and oysters.
Situated in the Nisantasi district, Istanbul’s most vibrant neighbourhood, the modernist Art Deco influenced St Regis Istanbul provides world-class facilities and exceptional service.
The 1920’s theme was prominent through the ballroom’s decoration, the service brigade’s special uniforms and even the musical entertainment.
Executive Chef Gürcan Gülmez, winner of our 2006 National Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition, and his team prepared a seven-course menu paired with superb national and international wines.
