Coinciding with Vietnam International Fashion Week, our relaxed afternoon event at the lovely lanai at Saint Honoré was exciting, original and extravagant surely making Vietnam’s celebration one of the most glamorous on the planet!

A gigantic Tomahawk steak was the centrepiece of a protein-focused meal featuring everything from Norwegian Atlantic smoked salmon to Vietnam premium duck and much more. 35 exclusive members including designers, fashionistas and their guests enjoyed 40kg of meat, an amount of “barbie” that staggered even the Australian-born Chaîne members present.

Our surroundings could not have been more refined. The lovely terrace at St Honoré is a delightfully palm-shaded tropical oasis allowing for both privacy and showmanship. The bakery honoured us with its finest, most beautiful breads whilst also accommodating our dedicated, hard-working barbeque chefs.

The photo booth was a popular attraction, with guests availing themselves of a fun assortment of accessories including bunny ears, beer goggles, Kanye shades and more. We thought if you are going out during World Chaîne Day, why not immortalize the occasion!
