Indian themed dinner at Sigree Restaurant
For our June event the Bailliage visited Sigree Restaurant for an Indian themed dinner. Members were encouraged to dress in Indian-inspired attire.
Owner, Viral Khakhar, and his Executive Chef prepared an extensive menu covering a variety of tikkis, kebabs and curries. Dishes included dilliwali tikki, chicken tikka lababdar and dal “Sigree”. Accompaniments were roasted papad, jeera-infused rice and a selection of naan.
The wines featured were Cloud Chaser Rose, Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc, Greywacke Pinot Noir and Marquis de la Tour Rose. All were supplied by Q Way.
The evening concluded with the presentation of certificates to the Sigree team for a job well done.
