The Bailliage of Shenyang celebrated World Chaîne Day (WCD) in the Ristorante Il Forno of the Grand Hyatt Shenyang. In conjunction with the rest of the world celebrating this iconic day, more than 30 members and guests gathered together for a creative cocktail party.

This memorable occasion was a double celebration for both WCD and the inaugural event for the Bailliage of Shenyang.

In order to celebrate properly, we linked to the live worldwide Chaîne feed. We set up a formal table as a show piece and displayed a picture presentation of many highlights from previous events. This event introduced our association to Shenyang, making it a truly meaningful and memorable celebration.

The fun and highly spirited cocktail party was a huge success. We enjoyed a fabulous, creative cocktail menu featuring tasty well-presented cuisine from around the world. This included dim sum, satay, beef Wellington, foie gras brioche and chocolate cigars. It was all complemented by hand-crafted beverages including bespoke cocktails, craft beers and selected wines globally sourced.

Members were very excited to receive our new Bailliage of Shenyang pin as well as the 2021 WCD pin.

As the cocktail party drew to a close, we cut a specially created WCD celebration cake for all to enjoy.

Then we presented the certificate of appreciation to the restaurant’s team for the excellent preparation and presentation of the menu and great selection of beverages. Also, for their warm service that portrayed the high standards expected of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

This grand event truly made a mark on Shenyang and left the members and their guests with great anticipation for many more great quality events to come.
