On April 24th members of the Bailliage des Lacs et des Bois joined in a rousing “Happy World Chaîne Day!” coupled with a heartfelt “Vive la Chaîne!”
They expressed the hope that, despite pandemic precautions being in place in many countries, the special day in the Chaîne calendar would bring everyone together to enjoy the love of food and wine.
In advance of the 24th Chef Stacy Simonson of Chez Nous, a well-known French cuisine restaurant in Humble, provided a preview of the amazing menu she would be preparing for the Bailliage members to celebrate World Chaîne Day (WCD), including an egg dish in keeping with the theme for WCD 2021.
