In a festive and unique picnic atmosphere in the open air in the Ella Valley at the Hans Sternbach Vineyard and Winery, under the direction of Chef Yakir Maserti we celebrated World Chaîne Day especially taking into account the eggs theme. [Ed. as can be seen from the photos]

The Hans Sternbach Vineyard is the materialisation of a dream for an agricultural tourism complex.

The vineyard is situated on the farm of Gadi Sternbach and Shula Yefet in the village of Giv’at-Yesha’ayahu in the district of ’Adulam.

It consists of a sustainable vineyard, a winery, an organic vegetable and fruit garden, a restaurant and a venue for small events. The vineyard, named after Gadi’s father, is about one mile away from the farmyard and the winery.

An organic orchard, organically reared livestock and a few guest rooms will be added in the future. The farm will have facilities for the collection and storage of rainwater, for the cleaning and purification of all grey water and for the production of sustainable energy.
