Spring gathering at Casa Fernanda
" A great event .. which integrated our hosts' experience and our country's culinary traditions "
Maître Hôtelier Arturo Contreras and his wife Helena received 35 Bailliage members and guests for a beautiful afternoon at Casa Fernanda Hotel & Spa. Located in the magical town of Tepoztlán this boutique hotel is at the foot of Cerro Tepozteco crowned by its emblematic pyramid, overlooking a landscape with more than 500 years of history.
Attendees enjoyed eating in the hotel’s terrace restaurant with dishes by Chef Iván Quiroz and wines selected by Sommelier Diana Doblado.
Guests from Mexico City and Puebla were invited to our spring event. Family members and founding members who reconnected with the Chaîne in 2022 also joined us.
