The Bailliage Provincial of Styria and Maître Hôtelier Peter Florian invited members and friends of the Chaîne to a dinner at the Parkhotel Graz.
The hotel is particularly known for cordiality, authenticity and tradition which form a strong foundation for its unique flair and atmosphere. The success of this traditional, legendary establishment is due to the Florian family’s commitment over four generations.
Glasses of Bouvet Ladubay Crémant de Loire Rosé enhanced the summery aspect of the reception before we adjourned to the hotel’s “Florian Restaurant” for dinner.

Andrea Kinz, Vice Chancelier/Argentier of the Bailliage of Vorarlberg, gave the laudatory speech. She thanked the kitchen team for great composition and preparation of the menu with careful selection of the accompanying wines. She also thanked the perfect service team.
