BRAVO!!!!!

Maestro Chaîne Chef Peter Find orchestrated a gastronomic symphony of taste experiences composing an outstanding exclusive German Game Dinner at his namesake restaurant ‘Heimat by Peter Find’ where German cuisine is elevated and refined for the 21st century.

The restaurant was filled to capacity. 60 guests revelled in savouring Chef Peter’s culinary talents.

Our nine-course menu included: partridge, deer, wild boar, pike perch, forest mushrooms and chestnut soup, warm baked hazelnut cake with plum compote, aged mountain cheeses and almond yeast cake; all followed by signature bespoke yummy treats.

Complementing dinner, were seven matching wines and schnapps specially selected by our Échanson Kenneth Chui along with award winning sommelier Wallace Lo.

Another fantastic Hong Kong Chaîne memory was thus cherished and shared!
