Our National Bailliage celebrated its traditional Christmas dinner in a very festive and happy environment in The Manor at the St Regis Macau where Chef Dell'Aquila has progressed from cooking with family in an Italian port city to becoming one of Macau's finest chefs.
It was time to celebrate! After a two years interruption due to COVID-19 restrictions enforced in Macau the easing of restrictions made this possible
Nearly forty members and their significant ones celebrated Christmas. A very special Italian menu inspired by seafood from Italy was prepared by Chef Dell’Aquila and his culinary team. Furthermore, it was served to perfection by the service team.
After the reception, where guests were greeted with a refreshing Prosecco, it was time to start the dinner.

Each dish was excellently paired with Italian wines from various wine regions.
During dinner, prizes were given to members donated by local sponsors. Members also contributed prizes which included champagne, wines, dinners, spa treatments and hotel stays.
