Gala evening at the Park Hyatt Tokyo
" A superb menu was prepared .. by Mr. Thibault Chiumenti, Executive Chef of the Park Hyatt Tokyo "

The Bailliage’s 26th Annual General Meeting and Induction Gala was held at the Park Hyatt Tokyo in Shinjuku, one of Tokyo's most luxurious hotels.

The chosen theme was “Rival” as we believe competition can help us understand our current strengths and weaknesses and motivate us to do better. It was in that spirit that the Board Members prepared this event eagerly competing whilst sharing positive energy.

Following the Annual General Meeting, the Induction Ceremony was held with Bailli Délégué Mr. Koji Fukuda presiding. Of note were Mrs. Ariko Yamaoka and Mr. Keiji Ushikubo receiving their 20-year Commandeur Awards.

A superb menu was prepared for the Gala Dinner by Mr. Thibault Chiumenti, Executive Chef of the Park Hyatt Tokyo. In keeping with our “Rival” theme, Right Bank and Left Bank Bordeaux wines were served together with one from Burgundy. Everyone enjoyed comparing the regional styles.
