The theme of “Come with your heart” was a change from the previous two years where there was a specific ingredient for World Chaîne Day (WCD).
With this idea, Eduardo Luna, Chef/Owner of Valiente Kitchen Bar and a member of the Bailliage invited us to join him to share and showcase his essence, his soul and culinary knowledge. This included having collaborated with Enrique Olvera at Cosme in New York.
Twenty members travelled from Cuernavaca to the historic city of Cholula to visit tourist sites before indulging in the WCD event that went far beyond what was planned.
