For our 2023 Annual General Meeting and Gala Dinner we returned to an old friend!
The ‘EQ’ is the rebranded Hotel Equatorial where, since the Bailliage’s inauguration in 1977, we have held many successful dinners.
A robust AGM was expertly led by Bailli Délégué Professor Dr Elizabeth Lee with our special guests David Chong, Bailli Délégué Honoraire of Singapore, and Rajesh Taneja, Bailli Délégué of Vietnam.
With the AGM completed we made our way up to ‘Sky51’ high above the city to enjoy refreshing libations and canapes. Seated in the prestigious ‘Sabayon’ rooftop restaurant, feasting began. An exquisite symphony indeed!

How to do justice to our rather wonderful meal? Magnificence of sublime, memorable dishes tickled our little grey cells initiating our buccal orifices to salivate at mere thought of delicious morsels of enchanting ingredients we love.
The ‘Sabayon’ culinary and service brigade undoubtedly composed an opulent dinner to astonish and savour. EQ, our old ‘home away from home’, produced, quite simply, a sumptuous evening!
