This year, we have chosen the theme “A taste of home: culinary experience redefined” to celebrate the rich and diverse culinary heritage of Malaysia. Our nation, a true melting pot of cultures, offers a unique gastronomic journey that reflects the harmonious blend of our various ethnic communities.

From the aromatic spices of Malay cuisine to the bold flavours of Indian dishes, the delicate finesse of Chinese fare, and the distinct tastes of our Indigenous and Eurasian influences, this Chapitre is a tribute to the flavours that have shaped our nation. Malaysia is a land where history and modernity coexist in perfect harmony. Kuala Lumpur, our bustling capital, stands as a testament to this fusion. Its skyline is punctuated by architectural marvels that echo the rich heritage and traditions of our diverse cultures.
