The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in Monaco had the privilege of co-organising, along with Glob’arts Events Group, a major event on April 29th in celebration of World Chaîne Day and in support of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.

The gala evening took place in the sumptuous Salle Empire of the prestigious Hôtel de Paris in Monaco, under the High Patronage and in the presence of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco.

It is worth remembering that His Serene Highness has held the title of “Bailli d’Honneur” of our Bailliage since 1994.

Gérard Canarie, current Bailli Délégué, Jean-François Le Blanc de Hauteville, and Madame Laura Dublineau - also members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs of Monaco - welcomed His Serene Highness, who was surrounded by a distinguished audience for an exclusive experience in service of and benefiting the Foundation.

Throughout the evening, many memorable moments unfolded, blending gastronomy and haute couture with Maison Chopard and its President, Madame Caroline Scheufele, along with art and music - all in a spirit of refinement and generosity, in line with our Sovereign's deep commitment to environmental preservation.

The gourmet dinner served on this occasion reaffirmed the values promoted and upheld by our international association. The event also welcomed participation from the Monegasque Association of Sommeliers.

A charity auction of contemporary artworks, with proceeds exclusively benefiting the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, brought the evening to a close. It was a night that will remain etched in our memories as a celebration of friendship through gastronomy, truly befitting World Chaîne Day and its dedication to a noble cause.
