A decision was taken by the International Board at its meeting in London last November to change the frequency of the International Finals for the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs and Jeunes Sommeliers Competitions.

This was subsequently amended at the Board meeting in Paris on June 5th - held during the International Grand Chapitre & AGM - to be an “every other year” cycle from 2027 onwards.

Accordingly, the programme going forward will now be:

2025 Jeunes Sommeliers (September 11-12 in Geneva, Switzerland)

2026 Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs (April 18 in Istanbul, Türkiye)
2026 Jeunes Sommeliers (September/October - all being well in Italy)

From 2027 all will be held in September or October as follows:
2027 Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs
2028 Jeunes Sommeliers
2029 Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs
2030 Jeunes Sommeliers

… and so on with the Jeunes Chefs in the odd years and the Jeunes Sommeliers in the even ones.
