Keeping the Chaîne flame alight
" It was one of those events that just felt right: full of energy, great people and a real sense of what makes our Bailliage special "
Fellow members of the Chaîne around the world, kia orana*!
I am very excited to be able to update you on our Bush Pop-Up at Te Puka Estate.
Arranged with the intention of keeping the Chaîne flame alight in our “Bailliage of Little Paradise”, it went off brilliantly.
We had an incredible turnout, the atmosphere was magic, and the food… next level. Bailli Délégué Phillip Noordt and the team created a real bush-to-table moment with open-fire cooking, local ingredients and flavours that had everyone talking.
Some highlights:
- Live fire cooking that stole the show
- A stunning garden setting that felt like a secret culinary retreat
- Beautifully crafted dishes celebrating Cook Islands produce
- Guests raving all night and already asking when the next one is happening
It was one of those events that just felt right: full of energy, great people and a real sense of what makes our Bailliage special.
The occasion truly set the tone for some exciting things ahead for the Chaîne in the Cook Islands!
