On March 17th the Gala Induction Evening of the Bailliage Provincial of Kyushu was held at The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka.

Opened in 2023, The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka is in the heart of the city, within the Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City complex. As the first Ritz-Carlton hotel in Kyushu, it offers refined hospitality and an elegant setting in one of Japan’s most vibrant gastronomic cities.

The Induction Ceremony was a highlight of the occasion. Promotions were conferred, and new members were inducted and warmly congratulated by those present.

The Gala Dinner that followed was graciously hosted by Radu Cernia, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka, together with Kenji Yamanaka, Executive Sous Chef. Together they prepared a refined dinner featuring the rich ingredients of Fukuoka and Kyushu, paired with carefully selected wines.

Each course beautifully expressed the bounty of the region, while the wine pairings added further depth and elegance to the dining experience.

Throughout the evening, members and guests enjoyed warm fellowship, fine cuisine and gracious hospitality. The occasion strengthened the bonds of friendship within the Bailliage Provincial of Kyushu and became a memorable celebration of the spirit of the Chaîne.
