In summary, here is first part of the programme being held in Melbourne:
- Thursday April 15: Welcome Cocktail Party at The Athenaeum Club
- Friday April 16: Banquet at The Australian Club
- Saturday April 17: Induction Ceremony and Gala Dinner at the Hotel Windsor

Sunday, April 18th, will be a day of rest and relaxation to allow time to travel to Adelaide for those who wish to continue the celebrations in South Australia to arrive for the first evening event on Monday, April 19th.
