This is the “living” feeling we want to share at our bijou fine dining restaurant, THE LIVING -room-, in the heart of Hanover. Here, our guests sit together, exchange ideas, laugh, eat, drink and simply enjoy spending time in each other’s company.

Absolute top quality is our everyday standard. Only the finest and freshest ingredients make their way into our pots and pans, before leaving our open kitchen perfectly prepared and beautifully presented on the plate.

We live and celebrate good food and the pleasure of fine drinks and firmly believe that this combination of the finest ingredients, culinary artistry and passion should exist in perfect harmony with the interior design and heartfelt hospitality.

Alongside our weekly changing menus, guests can look forward to an expertly curated wine list and special treasures from the wine cellar. Not only do I invite guests to watch my culinary craftsmanship through the transparent glass screen overlooking the kitchen, but during the summer months I also regularly cook privately for international celebrities.

My “Egg Benni”, liquid Parmesan ravioli and baked Maine lobster are among the favourite dishes at THE LIVING -room-, as are the grilled quail and my particularly lovingly interpreted cheesecake.

THE LIVING -room- is not simply a fine dining restaurant for life’s special occasions. It is also a place where events such as caviar tastings, wine journeys and celebrations of seasonal treasures can take centre stage. As well as the people who bring them to life.

During the winter months, the restaurant offers 22 intimate indoor seats. In summer, guests can also enjoy the terrace.
