The Bailliage held its opening event of the 2017 season at Clico Boutique Hotel hosted by Chaîne member and owner Jeanette Schwegman.
On a pleasant, clear evening members and guests arrived on the terrace and were treated to canapes and glasses of Boschendal Brut NV MCC.
Bailli Elect Will Perry welcomed the guests and made special reference to visiting National member Chargée de Presse, Elizabeth Jordaan, and Bailli Honoraire Karen Paquay. Chef Marnus Scholly proceeded to describe the inspiration for his menu and manager Sean Bartlett gave an overview of the wines.
