Australia Dinner

Bailliage of South Australia, Australia
Adelaide, July 14, 2021

Bailliage of South Australia
" At the National Wine Centre "

Bailliage members came to the National Wine Centre, nestled in the heart of Adelaide’s Botanic Gardens, for their annual Bastille Day Dinner hosted by General Manager, Maître Restaurateur Jason Bird. The Centre is the national showcase for the Australian wine industry with a cellar of over 18,000 bottles, one of the largest in the Southern Hemisphere.

Members and their guests gathered in one of the many function rooms where they would be enjoying a wonderful evening of French inspired fare and wines. The decorated tables were adorned with French flags, red and white carnations, and a miniature Eiffel Tower. Additionally, a grand Eiffel Tower stood proudly against the backdrop of the Chaîne banner.

Executive Chef Steven Clarke, Maître Rôtisseur, and his team prepared an outstanding menu.
