On Friday, September 6th, starting at 6pm the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in Monaco invites you to a prestigious venue, the Méridien Beach Plaza, with its beach restaurant situated under the pine trees which offers a panoramic view of the Principality and the deep blue sea.

Come and unwind for a few hours of conviviality within our Bailliage.

The evening will begin at 6pm with a wine workshop led by Échanson Burçak Desombre. During this session, you will discover a renowned Bordeaux wine that has received accolades in the specialized press: Château Roylland - Saint Émilion Grand Cru.

At 7.30pm, Dominique Milardi, President of the Monégasque Association of Sommeliers, will offer you the famous “Bellini du Muse” cocktail as an aperitif.

At 8.30pm, the talented Executive Chef of the Méridien Beach Plaza, Laurent Colin, formerly of La Chèvre d’Or, will present a summer buffet showcasing the multiple facets of Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting local and seafood products.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a roasted suckling pig prepared by a Master Rôtisseur!

Throughout the evening, you will be charmed by the expert magician Magic Dory, a specialist in close-up magic and mentalism.
