In a refined and festive atmosphere, the prestigious Chapitre of the Bailliage of Cameroon of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs was held in Yaoundé. Under the graceful leadership of Madame Chloé Balanos, Bailli Délégué, the evening brought together Ambassadors, Chevaliers, Dames de la Chaîne, guests of honour and future inductees.

In her speech, Madame le Bailli Délégué firmly reminded everyone that gastronomy is much more than a pleasure: it is a culture, a bond, and a commitment to transmission - values the Chaîne has honoured for over 75 years around the world.

A few notable adjustments
Some inductions could not take place due to travel or urgent matters, notably for members from Douala, Yaoundé and a few excused absentees. Exceptional solutions were considered in keeping with protocol, including the temporary awarding of distinctions to high-ranking members.
